Do you see Ghosts or Spirits?

I know many Mediums who were born “seeing” spirits and apparitions from a very young age – I was not one of them. I entered the Spiritual realms from the back door. I do recall having “experiences” growing up, but I was surrounded by a family where no one talked about ghosts, the paranormal or believed in “such things”. Yet, at age 9 ~ I checked out a book from the library, “Haunted Houses” by Jack Kemp. Who does that in 3rd grade?? I believe something must have happened. I must have had an experience I couldn’t understand, but I’ve been drawn to all things unexplained and paranormal ever since.

When Did You Know You were Psychic?

As humans, I think we often confuse who we are ~ with what we do. If you go to work every day, and your role is a Manager. That is your job. Its what you do, but it’s not “who you are”. You can quit the job. You can’t “quit” being psychic. It’s like an appendage. An arm to a hand or the hairs to my head – it is kind of non-negotiable! But somewhere along the way, I learned to accept the truth. I learned that I had to accept all that which I didn’t ask for, or search for, or wish to reveal. Like a stray dog, my “gifts” had repeatatively showed up like clock work over the years ~ most often when my life was going through a major transisiton.

The last time was nearly a decade ago, when my proverbial tower began to fall. Does a tree make a sound when it falls in the forest – if no one is there to hear it?? I wouldn’t know. The entire forest fell before me and I never heard a thing ~ until I looked up and saw everthing I had known was gone. When you are in Fight or Flight mode, for like years – your intuition is naturally on guard and hightened ~ so I began to pay attention. I began to listen. I began to realize that I was being called to do something I had never done. Then, just when I was about to find my wings and take flight – the Covid pandemic shuttered the world in isolation, fear and darkness. I knew then I wasn’t ready, I knew I had not healed and I welcomed the time to rest. To reflect, to understand how I got “here” and figure out what to do next. For me, being a Hermit was too easy. I essentially retreated from social media, from my family, from the the world ~ for the next 7 years. I had no choice but to listen to Spirit.

To Be or Not to Be ~ Authentic.

It’s now March 2026, and I am still gathering the courage to admit to the world at large that ~ I am…a Psychic Medium. In the beginning, I had to force myself to say it outloud ~ to a person…in public. Now, I must find the courage to post on YouTube, TicTok and Instagram ~ oh my! But to do that, I first must honor, love and accept who I am ~ authentically. I must acknowledge my gifts, my voice as a way to provide Spirit’s guidance and direction to others. Like many of you, it was through some serious reflective moments that I was able to embrace all that I am. To appreciate and love myself, and to be a channel for Sppirit to deliver messages to the Collective ~ as “Liv”.

Most importantly, before I could go “live” with Liv, I had to let go of the what if’s and proverbial opinions of others. Whether someone approves or disapproves of who I am, how they react to what I do or I say ~ is frankly something I have no control of. But fear is fear, none the less. The fear of being judged, misunderstood, of being critiqued, of not being “good enough” is what makes us ~ human. By placing attention and energy onto a FEAR ~ False Evidence Appearing Real, you are essentially giving your power away. What I find so interesting is that, you can’t be in a state of Fear and in a state of Trust ~ at the SAME time. So choose wisely!

Liv is more than just a name, Liv is a VOICE. A VOICE for Universal Truths, compassionate messages of love, self worth and acceptance from Spirit, for the greater good of all of humanity. So stay tuned! (follow me @liv_evidential)

What does it mean to Liv Evidentially?

To know where you are going, its important to become aware of where you have been ~ not so you can keep reliving it over and over in your mind, but so you move forward and do not repeat the past!

I’ve been there. On that hamster wheel, we all have been or will be at some point in our lives. But now ~ I am here. I have emerged from the safety of the Hermit’s Cave. I broke through the shell of the Chrysallis State, I’ve emerged, transformed ~ with Wings! I stand authentically in my truth. No more hiding behind the shadows of others. I am in the Light ~ for those who have eyes to see. For me, this is what it means to “Liv Evidentially.” How can you Liv more authentically, more Evidentially?

Can You Predict The Future?

The short answer is ~ yes, I have made many accurate predictions in a variety of situations. I am a Psychic Medium, but that doesn’t mean I automatically have ALL the answers! First of all, as an ethically responsible Psychic, I must tell you that your future is not fixed or set in stone. Rather, your future is created when a series of actions, choices and/or decisions are made in the present time/space ~ that will then create “momentum” in a certain direction, towards a certain probablity ~ in a universe for which all probabilties can exist (recall I am also a scientist?!) I use my senses to feel/see if momentum is present or not to determine the probability of a specific outcome. The future is a manifestation of multiple factors as well as Free Will – so do not underestimate the power you have as a co-creator in your own future.

The Guides seem to have some discernment, meaning I am not shown everything. They taught me that it would be like bypassing the experience that your soul came here to learn and go through. As an analogy, it would be like putting a child on a bike with pedals, but it doesn’t need the child to do anything, it just pedels itself. By not learning how to actually ride the bike, the child misses out on the experience and understanding that comes with navigating gravity – finding balance between one’s own equilibrium and falling. Who can forget your first skinned knee? Or the empowerment and confidence from learning how to ride a bike on your own? By giving us all the answers, the experience of figuring it out and the knowledge gained from doing so – would be “lost”. As Souls, the Guides will say we are here for the experience. Make sense?

Do you come from a family of Psychics?

My mother would have dreams, premonitions, she was very sensitive to sound and light, but she would have never claimed to be psychic, not in the traditonal sense. I personally believe that EVERYONE is born with at least some “psychic gifts”. Our sixth sense or “instinct”, is what helped keep us alive millions of years ago. As children, we are taught we have 5 senses – when in fact there are more than 30! We are told imaginary friends or ghosts “are not real”. We are taught to fear and deny that which can reveal the truth about a person, place or situation – for some, that can be a bit unnerving. Psychic abilities are like a muscle, when you work out regulary, your muscles will be stronger than those who don’t – the same goes for exercising your intution.

I find that psychic abilities can run in the family generationally, often appearing in the maternal line much like a dominant genetic trait. For centuries we have been “gas lighted” and were programmed to fear it. Every psychic has a range of abilities, – but the way each psychic receives and interprets the information, whether is it cards, astrology, pendulums or other divination tools is what makes them unique ~ like a fingerprint.

What Psychic abilities do you have?

Over the years, I have learned so much from working with Spirit! The more I accept and exercise my gifts, the clearer the information seems to get. As my abilities grow and evolve ~ new ones emerge. While I have used many Tarot and Oracle card decks, I do not rely on any divination tools in my sessions. I do however consult them for my own personal insights and reflection.

When I raise my vibration and connect to Spirit, I receive messages and insights via Clairaudience (to hear words) and Clairvoyance (clear sight/vison) , Clairsentinence (to know). I often will physically see colors or auras around people and I see those on the Other Side when they step forward ~ but it’s in my “mind’s eye” like I’m watching a movie.

Like any skillset, with time it can grow any change, beyond the “clairs”, I can read the personality and intentions of a person of interest just by knowing their first name.

I have the ability to Remote View into the past, or the present – in real time. This can be helpful when finding lost objects, pets, or viewing a person or place of interest. My hope is to become more involved with law enforcement and missing persons cases to help solve crimes!

In relationships, I see persons of interest in my vision, I see body language as symbolic for one’s underlying intentions. I have learned to interprete these symbols to help you understand the true nature of person and the relationship.

In general, Spirit shows me two perspectives – I see the bird’s eye view, or broader picture of a situation from the human perspective ~ and from the perspective of the Soul. This is always helpful when one is trying to understand patterns or challenges within the relationship, or why a connection ended the way it did – and the greater Soul level or purpose for it. When it’s relevant, Spirit will show me the dynamics of the connection in the past lifetime, often I see a vision of the person as they were in the past via one’s Akaskic Records. Unlike some “Past Life Readers”, I rely on an evidential process to confirm the incarnation forst, and then proceed with how the Past incarnation, may still be tied to the Present lifetime.

What is your Spiritual Education/background?

For over 10 years I was a licensed and Registered Massage Therapist, and intuitively worked with the body’s Human Energy Field (HEF). Remember, I am a scientist ~ so yes, our “aura” is very real and its like a sponge in that, it can hold on to or store the effects of physical surgery, chronic pain or past emotional and mental trauma. While I no longer practice massage therapy (hard on the hands!), I am a Reiki Master/Teacher, attuned in the traditional instruction and lineage of Master Usui and Madame Takata. Master Usui was the first to receive the Reiki Ray of Universal Healing and later developed a method to teach Madame Takata, together they attuned others, so that they may be facillitatators of the Reiki Ray healing energy to others around the world.

Psychic vs. Medium ~ Is There a Difference?

It is said that all Mediums are Psychics ~ but not all Psychics are Mediums. In my experience, you either can communicate with the dead or you cannot. Not everyone has this ability, but many claim to. Whether they say they can or not is not the point. The point is to put on your scientist hat and exercise discernment. When I connect with the Guides, (ie a collective of higher vibrational divine spirits, teachers, Angels, ancestors etc.) I see images, hear words, short phrases and feel physically and emotionally ~ the way someone may have passed. In fact, that is one of the main ways I validate who we are speaking with on the Other Side.

As a rule of thumb, when someone says they are “connected to your loved one”. Okay, which one? Did the Medium provide specific information that you did not tell them? For instance, are they able to describe if they are wearing glasses, what kind of glasses? What is the color or style of their hair or are they bald? Other evidence may be what they did in life as a hobby or a profession? What was their relationship to you? Can they tell you how your loved one passed? This is typically something only you would know! These are a few examples of “proof” that I provide as an Evidential Medium to validate the messages and the presence of your loved one on the Other Side.

What is your area of expertise or specialty?

I specialize in helping others navigate the inevitable challenges that come with love & relationships. In my vision, I see a person’s underlying intentions as symbols in the form of “body language”. Depending on what position the arms are in, if the head is turned, etc. I am able to gain insight into who is and who is not emotionally invested in the relationship.

A more recent gift that has emerged is I have the ability to read someone’s personality, fear’s, insecurities, motivations etc – with just their first name. Additionally, Spirit has also showed me how some experiences from past incarnations, can remain and stay connected to someone in the present ~ often influencing their behaviors and relationships in this lifetime.
